The TruBend 5085 bending machine combines innovative technology and precision. Due to the very high variability of the backgauge systems, it is possible to process large part spectra without any problems. In addition, there is a high degree of flexibility thanks to the six independent, CNC-controlled backgauge axes as well as numerous machine options that can be adapted to different needs. The machine is equipped with state-of-the-art systems such as the BendGuard or the ACB angle sensor to produce the first part of a series perfectly. Both an optical setup aid and the user-friendly TASC 6000 touchscreen control system enable a short setup process. This, combined with the speed of the pressure beam and backgauge fingers, provide an excellent platform for extremely efficient series production.
